What is Brokee?

Brokee provides a tech platform with interactive tests which evaluate the day-to-day skills required of a System Engineer.

System Engineers - who are considered DevOps, Cloud, SRE, and IT Support Engineers - usually configure and maintain IT infrastructure every day.

To do their job successfully, System Engineers fix performance and configuration issues which are essential to keep an app running smoothly.

Brokee's interactive evaluations check the daily skills necessary for a System Engineer, so hiring a skilled person is easy and bias-free.

How Does Brokee Work?

FOR HIRING TEAMS

Managers choose the evaluation they'd like their candidate(s) to take and invite the candidate(s) to take a test. Once a candidate completes the test, the detailed results are sent to the manager.

FOR CANDIDATES

Each candidate receives a link to a live environment with broken IT infrastructure. They must prove their skills by fixing as many problems as they can. The end goal of a successful test is to restore the broken IT system. However, any successful steps taken will still be scored and sent to the hiring manager.
