A Hiring Mistake Led Me To Create Brokee…

In my 10-year career as a DevOps, I’ve been in charge of hiring for technical roles at startups through Fortune 500 companies. No matter the workplace, evaluating tech talent was always tough. Every time we got into hiring mode, our main projects had to take a backseat. This was very frustrating for me, as I didn’t go into this career path just to have my time taken over by interviews!
